Neurofeedback

Think of physical therapy for the brain! Otherwise known as EEG biofeedback, neurofeedback helps strengthen the neural pathways in the brain that could have been affected by mental health, physical injury, chronic illnesses, chemotherapy, or genetic disorders. Available for ages 5+ years old.

What is Neurofeedback?

The brain functions through two primary components, chemicals and electrical currents. Neurofeedback works with the electrical components through the training of the five brainwaves.

Learn how neurofeedback leverages your brain’s innate capacity to heal and adapt—putting you in control of your mental wellness.

Discover How Your Brain Can Change with Neurofeedback

The human brain can change and adapt throughout life, a trait known as neuroplasticity. This means it’s not permanently shaped by anxiety, trauma, or stress—it can learn to function better.

Neurofeedback therapy uses real-time EEG to track brainwaves and guide the brain toward healthier activity. Over time, this reduces symptoms and enhances mental and emotional well-being.

Backed by decades of research, neurofeedback is a non-invasive, drug-free method used to treat ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, depression, OCD, TBI, addiction, chronic pain, and more.

What does Neurofeedback help with?

ADHD

ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder): Neurofeedback has been shown to significantly improve inattention symptoms in adolescents and young adults with ADHD. A meta-analysis reported a standardized mean difference (SMD) of −0.48 (p = 0.03) compared to waitlist or treatment-as-usual groups, indicating a moderate effect size. (Nature)

Depression

Depression: A comprehensive meta-analysis found that neurofeedback interventions had a significant impact on depression symptoms, with effect sizes of Hedges' g = -0.600 for depressive symptoms and Hedges' g = -0.726 for neurophysiological outcomes. Longer intervention durations were associated with better outcomes. (PubMed)

PTSD

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): Studies indicate that neurofeedback therapy can lead to substantial reductions in PTSD symptoms. A systematic review reported symptom reductions ranging from 7% to 72%, with a median reduction of 42.5% post-treatment. (PMC)

Sleep Disorders

Research has demonstrated that neurofeedback can improve sleep efficiency. One study reported a mean increase in sleep efficiency of 16%, with post-treatment efficiencies averaging 93%. (Frontiers)

How It Works

3 Simple Steps to Get Started

Getting started is simple — take the first step toward healing with neurofeedback, and begin reconnecting your mind, body, and emotional self.

1

Fill Out Our Form

Schedule a consultation. Book your initial session to discuss your goals, challenges, and see if neurofeedback is the right fit for you.

2

Get a Brain Map

We’ll perform a qEEG (quantitative EEG) brain scan to create a detailed map of your brain’s activity. This helps us pinpoint exactly where support is needed, so your neurofeedback plan is personalized and effective.

3

Begin A Treatment Plan

Based on your brain map, we’ll create customized neurofeedback protocols tailored to your needs—designed to help you feel better, think clearer, and thrive.
